You send the link. They answer on their phone.
No account, no password, four answers.
Illustration. Real screens from a dummy quote will replace it.
Offer a scope to one subcontractor or to several. SUBR gives each offer its own link. Your office copies it and sends it the way it already does, by email, text or WhatsApp. SUBR sends nothing itself.
The subcontractor opens the link and sees their trade, the address, the wording, an answer-by date and their own price. They can accept, decline, ask a question, or ask for a change. Accepting and declining each ask them to confirm, so a tap in a pocket does not commit anyone to a week's work.
When one subcontractor accepts, one job opens and the other offers on that scope close. Anyone else who opens their link sees that it has closed.
Your office can also accept for a subcontractor who answered by phone.
Your office sends it. SUBR sends nothing itself.
