Who we are
SUBR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with number 17217091, registered office Trust House C/O Isaacs, 5 New Augustus Street, St James Business Park, Bradford, BD1 5LL. We decide how the details you give on this website are used, so we are the controller of them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Book a demo form: your name, your firm's name, your role, your trade, roughly how many subcontractors you use, your phone number, your email address, anything you write in the message box, and whether you ticked the Founding place box. With it we keep the page you sent it from, your browser's description of itself, and a scrambled form of your internet address that cannot be turned back into the address. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send us, and taking the steps you asked for before any contract. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list or use them to make automated decisions about you.
Where it is kept
In a database hosted by Supabase in London, reached through our website host, Vercel. Both act for us under contract and use your details only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Until we no longer need it to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after we last heard from you, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to us at the registered office above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
