AI reads the quote. Your office checks it.
No retyping, and nothing moves on until a person has looked.
Illustration. Real screens from a dummy quote will replace it.
Upload the quote you sent your client, as a PDF. SUBR's reader pulls out the client, the site address, the dates, each priced line and the wording sections. Your office reads it against the document and ticks two boxes: “I have read this against the document” and “Approved for scope”. The ticks save themselves.
If the priced lines do not add up to the sale price within a tenth, SUBR asks for a written reason before the quote goes further. A surveyor can do the check too, and is never shown a price while doing it.
When your office corrects a read, SUBR keeps the correction as a lesson for your firm alone.
