Nobody mobilises until the list is done
23 items, in five groups: site, access and safety, crew, materials, programme.
Illustration. Real screens from a dummy quote will replace it.
Every job carries the same pre-start check. It covers the things that stop a crew on its first morning: welfare and site access agreed, the scaffold handover certificate held, RAMS signed by the crew, inductions booked, the subcontractor's rate agreed in writing, their compliance in date, and deliveries sequenced to the programme.
Until all 23 are ticked, “Mobilised” is not offered, and the job says which items are still outstanding. The ticks save themselves.
SUBR does not check a certificate for you. It makes sure someone in your office has, before the job can move.

A short call. We walk a dummy quote from PDF to jobs on site.
