Questions

Does SUBR produce a subcontract agreement?

No. A SUBR scope is what you are asking a subcontractor to price and do, not a contract, and SUBR produces no contract terms. Keep using your own subcontract agreement, checked by a solicitor.

The scope carries the trade, the address, the measure, the wording, an answer-by date and the subcontractor's own price, which is often what an agreement refers to. The agreement itself is yours.
