The office seats see the client price, each trade's cost and every offer. A subcontractor sees their own price and nothing else. This is checked by automated tests on the data each seat is sent, not only on what the screen shows.
Questions
How do I stop site staff seeing prices?
Give each person a seat that shows only their part of the job. In SUBR, surveyor and site manager seats are never sent a price: they see the scope, the checks and the day, and the office keeps the money.
