For subcontractors

One link. No account.

If a contractor uses SUBR, this is all you need to know.

Run a firm that uses subcontractors?

The contractor's office sends you a link, the way they already message you. Open it on your phone. You see your trade, the address, the wording, an answer-by date and your own price. You do not see anyone else's.

Four answers: accept, decline, ask a question, or ask for a change. Accepting and declining ask you to confirm. If someone else accepts the work first, your link says the offer has closed.

Your own link also shows the work that contractor has offered you, and nothing of anyone else's.

SUBR costs subcontractors nothing.
