What you use now, and what SUBR does differently
Most firms run this on a spreadsheet and a phone. Some have bought something larger.
They work, until the quote changes or the person who keeps the sheet leaves. You cannot send a subcontractor the quote because it has your price on it, so someone rebuilds it by hand. SUBR does that rebuild, and a subcontractor only ever sees their own price.
They track tasks well, but they start empty. Someone still types the quote in, and anyone on the board can see what is on it. SUBR starts from the quote and decides what each person may see.
The enterprise platforms file your paperwork. SUBR does the work in it. It is built for a firm whose office is a handful of people, not a department.
What SUBR does not do yet: it does not handle CIS, and it does not connect to your accounts. Ask us at the demo if either matters to you.
